The first stage of construction is substantially completed with the exception of work in The Glen Town Center, landscape restoration, site clean-up, and other miscellaneous items.  It is not anticipated there will be any further parking restrictions within The Glen Town Center as the paving is completed and parking stalls are striped.

During the installation of the colored and stamped cross-walks, there will only be one travel lane open and traffic will be controlled with flaggers for both directions to utilize one lane.

We are hoping a majority of the work in The Glen Town Center is completed prior the first summer concert at Navy Park. If work is not completed, we are committed to ensure minimal disruption to the event.

The Village is also evaluating the “no parking” hatching along West Lake Avenue to ensure the proper sight distances are maintained while maximizing the parking stalls to the greatest extent possible. The “no parking” hatching will not be completed until the proper studies have been performed and recommendations provided to the Village for consideration.

The next stage of construction along Lehigh Avenue (East Lake Avenue bridge to Patriot Boulevard) and Compass Road (Patriot Boulevard to Lehigh Avenue) will not begin until after the July 4th Holiday.

Thanks again for all your patience and understanding as you travel along the roadways under construction and The Glen Town Center.
